Juicing is gaining recognition around the world as a cure for chronic conditions from diabetes to cancer. You need only learn a few basic things to get juice to deliver that promise to you.  While all fruit and vegetable juice is good, green juice avoids sugars for those with that concern and green vegetables are particularly nutritious.
